Emily Zubi
Emily Zubi is a trailblazing entrepreneur, media executive, and advocate for women’s empowerment. As the Founder of Miami Women Who Rock, she created a powerful platform that celebrates leadership, fosters connection, and supports vital health initiatives. Through networking events, community programs, and signature awards like the Fifty Shades of Pink RockStar Awards, Emily has built a space where women and businesses come together to inspire change.
With a career spanning seven industries and multiple Fortune 500 companies, Emily has made her mark in international business development, marketing, leadership training, and media. She played a key role in launching MTV Latin America, Nickelodeon, E! Entertainment, HBO Latin America, and several other networks. As one of the first Hispanic women to break into Wall Street, she trained MBAs at Goldman Sachs in sales and presentation skills. Her expertise has positioned her as a thought leader, speaker, and author of “99 Tips and Inspirations on Starting a Business.”
Beyond corporate success, Emily is deeply committed to philanthropy and mentorship. She expanded her network globally with Global Women Who Rock, ensuring that women worldwide have opportunities for empowerment and leadership. She also launched the Leadership Legacy Book, honoring changemakers shaping the future of Miami and beyond.
A Jersey City native, Emily balances her entrepreneurial drive with her greatest passion—family. Her son, Michael, remains at the center of her life, and she embraces every opportunity to support and uplift those around her. Her motto, “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, and try again, and never stop trying!”, is a testament to her resilience and dedication to inspiring women everywhere.
